Car Wars 3d Tournament Qualifier
Limited Capacity seats available

Car Wars 3-D Tournament

He triggered the rear guns once more. A direct hit! The blue car skidded as the driver lost control – then flipped and caught fire. That would teach him not to tailgate . . .

Car Wars is the game of the freeways of the future, where the right of way goes to the biggest guns. Players build vehicles complete with weapons, armor, power plants, and more. Then they take them out on the desolate roads, or maybe the brightly lit arenas, to come home as "aces," or to crash and burn.

The battlefield for the tournament is a 3-D arena upscaled from the Classic game.

No experience is necessary to play, both rookie duelists and veteran aces are welcome. Designs will be provided.

This tournament features 4 qualifier rounds, starting at 9, 11:30, 2, and 4:30, with a maximum of 8 players per round. Play in as many or as few qualifier games as you'd like - they are standalone games. The top two finishers from each qualifier round earn a seat at the final at 7.

Finalists may bring their own Division 25 arena-legal design (with 50 point characters) if they wish or use one provided by the host.

The overall victor of the tournament will take home a trophy to commemorate the event!

Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Last fall, on the river to the north of Lonepine, a beaver erected a dam, created a pond and built a lodge. No one took much notice. The river level was low. The pond was small. If anything, it was more of a curiosity than any trouble. However, spring is here and the snow melt is rapidly filling the new pond. The water level is threatening to flood Lonepine.

Based on the award-winning Mouse Guard comic book and graphic novel series by David Petersen, you take on the role of a mouse hero struggling against the wild, the seasons, and your own mouse nature. In the distant past, mice lived in tree hollows, under logs, in stone cracks and other wayward, forgotten places. They were hunted by predators and subject to harsh weather. Against the overwhelming forces of nature, a few disparate groups made a stand. These brave, selfless mice quickly became known as the Mouse Guard.

This is a simple story, the story of a child who does not speak. Once she was bright eyed, full of laughter and noise… something has broken inside, we don’t know what and we don’t know why. We all want to save her, although from what we don’t know. Perhaps we shall find her, find out the reasons why… in the end, perhaps our only hope is that being there will be enough.

A game of family, of fears, of obligations, remorse and what we will do to save the ones we love.

The 2018 Washington State Diamonds Championship
Limited Capacity seats available

This Stronghold game by Mike Fitzgerald is a trick-taking card game in which players collect Diamonds - not cards bearing that suit, mind you, but rather actual "Diamond Crystals". What makes the game of Diamonds different from other trick-taking card games is that when you cannot follow suit you get a "Suit Action" based on what suit you do play. Suit Actions are also taken by the winner of each trick, as well as at the end of a full Round of play. Whoever has the most points in Diamond Crystals at the end of the game wins! The winner of this tournament will get a trophy, a copy of the game, plus a seat at the final round of the Northwest Regional Championship at Evergreen Tabletop Expo (as well as a free badge to Evergreen Tabletop Expo)!

Arkham Horror
Limited Capacity filling up

It is the roaring 20s, and while there’s electricity in the air, unnatural storms are brewing as well. Strange things are happening in the small Massachusetts town of Arkham: people have gone missing, sightings of indescribable creatures grow more and more frequent, the very air thickens with a sense of foreboding that roils like an acrid mist through the streets. The Ancient Ones are stirring…

Designed for one to eight players, Arkham Horror is a cooperative adventure game of survival, horror, and investigation. A terrible creature from beyond time and space—an Ancient One—is awakening, roused by dimensional gates that open across the city. Players take on the role of investigators, each with a unique backstory, abilities, and equipment. Joining forces, the investigators must secure the city, encountering its haunted and mysterious locations before the Ancient One awakens. If the Ancient One awakens and defeats the players in the final battle, all of Arkham is doomed.

Since the end of the Civil War life has been good for the people of Raleigh, Illinois…until recently. People have been disappearing from the bustling town without a trace. The White House has taken note of the strange circumstances after a federal land surveyor joined the ranks of the missing. Now, two U.S. Marshals have been dispatched to take over the investigation. Is this just the nature of the “wild west”? Is the local gang getting out of hand? Or is it something much more sinister?

Nights Black Agents
Limited Capacity seats available

Dracula isn’t a novel. It’s the heavily redacted after-action report of genuine events that took place in 1894, when British Intelligence attempted to recruit a vampire. Now, the player characters are about to obtain a letter from Van Helsing to the director of the hospital where his son died, a letter that hints at that second failed attempt. The clues in that century-old letter will lead the Agents to cross paths with modern-day minions of Dracula...

Night’s Black Agents brings the GUMSHOE engine to the spy thriller genre, combining the propulsive paranoia of movies like Ronin and The Bourne Identity with supernatural horror straight out of Bram Stoker. Investigation is crucial, but it never slows down the action, which explodes with expanded options for bone-crunching combat, high-tech tradecraft, and adrenaline-fueled chases.

A Day In The Life
What do writers, editors, artists, producers, and publishers get up to on a daily basis? Are they actually chained to their desks in dank hovels, or are they occasionally allowed out? (You have to hope so, or this is going to be a very brief panel!) And is there really such a thing as No Pants Wednesday?

2018 Washington State Dimension Championship
Limited Capacity seats available

Dimension is a fast-paced, innovative puzzle game that takes place in three dimensions with 60 colorful spheres. All of the players play at the same time. Everybody tries to position the spheres on their trays to earn as many points as possible. The task cards indicate how the spheres must be placed to earn points. Complete these tasks while racing against the timer. You get a point for each sphere you use and a bonus token for using all five colors, but you lose two points for each task card you don't follow correctly. Prove to your opponents that you are the master of multi-dimensional thinking! The winner of this tournament will get a trophy, a copy of the game, plus a seat at the final round of the Northwest Regional Championship at Evergreen Tabletop Expo (as well as a free badge to Evergreen Tabletop Expo)!
